Rebecca Zaidlin BPT MSc and Jan Goldstein Elman BScPT MHSc, have been in clinical practice for more than 30 years, focusing on neurological and geriatric rehabilitation. Both have completed advanced degrees and extensive post-graduate training and certification (including both LSVT® BIG and PWR!™ for PD).

 

Rebecca completed her Clinical Specialist Certification through CPA in Neurosciences in 2012. Jan and Rebecca have a strong commitment to best practices and since 1997, have developed, implemented and systematically evaluated physiotherapy services for PD at organizations in the Greater Toronto Area including Baycrest, Toronto Public Health, and the Centre for Movement Disorders.

 

Both are lecturers in the Department of Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. They regularly present research findings on PT intervention in PD at national and international scientific conferences.
