Fees

Fees for all services are in accordance with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario professional fee guidelines. All staff are registered health professionals. Services are not covered by OHIP.

Your extended health care plan will cover all or part of your treatment charges, depending on the plan. You are responsible for any deductibles or fees not covered by your insurance.

Although a doctor’s referral is not required in order to see a physiotherapist, some insurance plans require a referral to refund your expenses; check with your provider for details.

We ask that clients pay for their initial assessment at the time of attendance, and for per visit or weekly payment of accounts thereafter.

We require 24 hour notice for cancellations, and reserve the right to bill for missed appointments. Your insurance plan will not cover this fee.

We accept cash, cheque (payable to One Step Ahead Mobility), or credit card. We issue receipts upon payment. You may use these to submit to your insurer for reimbursement, or for income tax purposes as a medical expense.
